With the Scout network, you can find office space or even a single meeting room for as few as 15 days. Upon signing the lease, you are able to move in to your new office immediately. This is because Scout's network takes care of everything – your office is equipped and ready to go. Essentially, all you need to do is choose the right location and move in.

Long-Term Agreements
In order to maintain our high-quality standards, Scout Consulting Relocation works with you every step of the way, from company registration to after-sale services.

Through consultation and analysis, Scout identifies your company's needs. From this information, the Scout network forms a short-list of possible locations, buildings, and spaces that meets you company's requirements. Simultaneously, Scout works with you to navigate the often complicated process of company registration, properly coordinating your office search and move in with your registration.

Once you have inspected and tentatively consulted with the developer of your preferred properties, a Scout network representative will then enter into price and condition negotiations on your behalf. Additionally, Scout will suggest a possible move in date based on renovation and furnishing estimates.
